Hello All!
This Week, on Tuesday August 4th, the Market will be celebrating EAT LOCAL WEEK!
This means that along with all our normal vendors, we will be hosting two cooking demonstrations, fiddling, tastings and a variety of FUN and FREE children's activities.
Bates college dining will be doing a "Healthy BBQing" cooking demo and sampling and Guthries Cafe will be doing a seasonal gazpacho.
Greg Boardman will be fiddling and children from Lots to Gardens will also be providing some music.
Children from Lots to Gardens will also be offering face painting, veggies parades and many other fun activities for children!
In addition to all this, our vendors will be selling their harvest bounty, which includes carrots, potatoes, zucchini, broccoli, cabbage, corn and some tomatoes! We will also have FRESH HOMEMADE BREAD from the BreadShack in Auburn and Blueberries!
